It actually is hot ... It actually is hot water extraction, we use HydraMaster 450 Truck Mounts and the equivalent to the RX-20, if your in the business then you know what that is, it is not some little fluffy pad with a buffer,? we at Browns Chem-Dry opted for the more expensive cleaning system that Chem-Dry offers and guess what I will put it side by side to your want and High Ph Chemicals any day! BTW, that rotary machine is actually steam cleaning the carpet? as well. Its a modified RX20 which steam cleaners have been using for years.
